The Goals features make it easy to accurately forecast nutritional needs depending on your goals. The Goal Calculator lets you apportion your calories between protein, fats and carbs, and see how many grams of each you will need.

The Maintenance Calories Calculator will help you determine how many calories you should consume to maintain current weight.

The Maintenance Calories Calculator provides an easy way to see what your baseline calorie needs are.

There are two calculation methods provided, one requires that you know your bodyfat percentage, the other does not. Select one of five activity levels to tune your caloric needs.

Once you have calculated your baseline, you can quickly adjust the value up or down by a percentage (depending on whether you are working to lose or to gain weight) and make that your goal.

Once you have calculated your goal, use the Goal Calculator (below) to apportion your calories between protein, fats and carbs depending on the type of diet you are using.

This dialog will calculate the calories needed to maintain your current weight.
Use this dialog to calculate your protein, carb and fat needs based on calories and percentages.

It is important to eat not only the proper number of calories, but also correct balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Different diets suggest different ratios of these nutrients.

The Goal Calculator lets you determine how many grams of each basic nutrient you will need. You can calculate them by caloric percentage (most commonly method), or weight percentage.
