The Plan feature makes it easy to try out different daily food plans
and adjust them to meet your needs. You can use Plans to create a daily
plan that matches your goals exactly, to see what you need to eat the
rest of the day to meet your goals, or as daily templates.
From the Plans list dialog, you can:
Add New - create a new plan.
Update - update (change) the currently highlighted plan.
Remove - remove (permanently delete) the highlighted plan.
Load Plan - load the currently selected (highlighted) plan
into the current Eatometer day You will be asked if you want to replace
the contents of the day (if any) or add the plan to the current contents..
Print - print the current plan, or all plans.
You Add New and Update plans using the Plan Dialog.
