Creating a Daily Plan

Creating a Plan is much like logging your daily food intake. You add Food Items to your list, and find a combination of foods that will meet your nutritional goals.

Included are goal graphs like the ones on the Main Window. As on the main window, you can click on them to change their color scheme.

Give your Plan an identifying name. After you click OK, you'll be returned to the Plan List.
