Why Eatometer?

We are all more and more conscious of what we eat. Medical science is beginning to be able to tell us with some certainty how different foods affect our bodies and our health.

Maybe you are interested in losing some weight. Or in gaining some. While exercise is a crucial component in any body-shaping endeavor, nothing matters more than diet. In fact, without the proper nutrition, any other efforts you make will be largely wasted.

Once you determine what you should be eating in terms of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats, Eatometer will make it as easy as possible to plan and track your nutrition. You could do it on a piece of paper, or in a spreadsheet, but one thing is certain - if you are not tracking what you eat you will be very surprised when you do!
