Goal Calculator
The Goal Calculator lets you find the amounts of protein, carbs and
fat you will need to get a specified number of calories. You enter
the percentages of each and the calculator tell you how many grams of
each element you need to achieve that goal. Click OK to set these values to your
Settings
goal target values.

1) Select Method - select whether the percentages
you enter are based on weight or caloric content. Generally, most
diets express these values as caloric content, which is the default.

2) Enter Percentages - enter the percentages of each nutritional
element you need. Note that they must add up to 100 for the calculator
to display the Nutrients Required. (And there must be a valid caloric value
entered). A running total of percentages is shown to help. Click on the running
total value to toggle between sum and difference from 100.

3) Enter Calories - enter the desired number of daily calories.
Note that this value is automatically set to your goal value in
Settings,
if any.

3) Nutrients Required - These are the nutrients you will need to meet
your goal. Click on the Make These My Goal button to make your
Settings
reflect these values.
